Thank you for choosing MFamily Sign. We take pride in creating personalized signs that are made uniquely for you. Because every product is custom-made to order, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of personalized goods. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Accepted Payment Methods
MFamily Sign uses secure SSL encryption and complies with PCI standards. We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update depending on the carrier.
We recommend monitoring your tracking regularly to avoid missed or returned deliveries.
Personalized & Custom-Made Items — Final Sale
All personalized products are final sale.
Because every sign is custom-made with your name, family name, address, date, or custom text, it is produced uniquely for you and cannot be resold.
Custom items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Incorrect name, spelling, date, or details entered by the customer
- Wrong size, material, or style selected at checkout
- Subjective opinions on color, finish, or appearance
Please double-check all personalization details before completing your order. Once submitted, your information is sent directly to production.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your sign arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you ordered, we will gladly send a free replacement.
To request a replacement, please email support@mfamilysign.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- A full photo of the product as received
Requests submitted without photo evidence cannot be processed.
Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible (for example, if the product has been discontinued).
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept physical returns for any items because:
- All products are personalized and made to order
- Return shipping costs are significant
- Customized signs cannot be resold
If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a production error on our part, we will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a remake, a discount code for a future order, or a partial refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Cancellations: Accepted within 1 hour after purchase.
- Order modifications (name, color, size, address): Allowed within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
To request a cancellation or modification, email support@mfamilysign.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
We cannot refund or replace orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
- Address changes are accepted within 12 hours after ordering.
- After 12 hours, the order is in production and the address cannot be modified.
If your package is held at your local post office or carrier facility due to an address issue, please contact them directly to arrange pickup or redelivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as Delivered, MFamily Sign is not responsible for:
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Packages collected by neighbors, building staff, or household members
- Packages misplaced after delivery confirmation
If tracking shows your package as Lost or Not Delivered beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement where appropriate.
Refund Processing
If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@mfamilysign.com.
International Orders — Customs & Duties
All duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. MFamily Sign is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
If the recipient refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned or destroyed by customs, we cannot issue a refund.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
However, please note that personalized and custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), as they are made to your specifications.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, the replacement policy above applies regardless of your location.
