Thank you for shopping with MFamily Sign. We want your personalized signs and custom products to arrive safely and on time. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
How Our Fulfillment Works
All MFamily Sign products are made to order. Once you place your order, your personalized item enters production before being carefully packed and shipped to your door.
Orders are fulfilled through our network of trusted production and logistics partners, including facilities in the United States, to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.
We ship via USPS, DHL, and UPS, depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Processing and Delivery Times
Because every product is custom-made with your personalization details, please allow time for production before shipment. Estimated timeframes are as follows:

Please note:
- All timeframes listed above are estimates under normal conditions and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- During peak seasons (holidays, festivals), high logistics demand, or events beyond our control (severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs delays), delivery times may be longer than estimated.
- If we become aware of significant delays affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1–3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active and update.
We recommend checking your tracking status regularly, especially as the estimated delivery date approaches, to ensure you are available to receive your package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
- Address changes are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and the address cannot be modified.
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable, returned by the carrier, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship your order.
International Orders — Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of the following:
- All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
- Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional days to your delivery timeline.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, or returned by customs authorities.
- By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs inspection and that applicable fees are your responsibility upon delivery.
We cannot predict or estimate customs charges, as they are determined by your country's customs authority. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 weeks past the estimated delivery date, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost and the shipping address was entered correctly, we will send a free replacement in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for packages that tracking confirms as delivered. For issues with delivered packages (theft, misdelivery), please contact your local carrier or postal service directly.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was refused by the recipient, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
For international orders, if a package is returned or destroyed because the recipient refused to pay customs duties, we cannot issue a refund.
